By creating an account or using Jobzyl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Jobzyl aggregates publicly listed jobs from 20+ third-party sources, including Indeed, Reed, Adzuna, USAJOBS, Careerjet, We Work Remotely, plus government employment services (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, France Travail, JobTechDev Sweden, Job Bank Canada) and remote-job boards (Himalayas, RemoteOK, Remotive, Jobicy, 4 Day Week, We Work Remotely, Working Nomads, Jobspresso, Arbeitnow). We do not own these listings, do not guarantee their accuracy, and cannot promise they are current. Always verify on the source site before applying.
3. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping of our API beyond the published rate limits.
- No reverse-engineering, reselling or sublicensing the service.
- No uploading content that is unlawful, malicious, or violates someone else's rights.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your account. Use a strong password (at least 12 characters; we strongly recommend a passphrase or a password manager). Keep your credentials secret. Where available, enable two-factor authentication.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decision you make based on the listings shown.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app and via email if you have an account.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer laws would otherwise apply, nothing in this clause limits the protections granted to you by those laws — you may still bring proceedings in your country of residence.
